Privacy Policy

This policy describes how PokerTable.club handles information when you use its free poker, blackjack, training and social features. For privacy requests, contact support@pokertable.club, the support contact for PokerTable.club.

Google sign-in and age information

The site no longer displays a birth-date entry screen or requires an age-declaration cookie to access game APIs. Existing age-declaration cookies from the previous version expire automatically and are no longer used to grant access. They contain an eligibility result, time, expiry and version, not your birthday.

Google sign-in requests only your account identifier, verified email address, display name and profile image to authenticate you and show your player profile. We no longer request or read your Google birthday. Google access tokens are used during the login request and are not retained for continuing Google API access. Earlier versions briefly checked Google birthdays; complete birthdays were not retained, although old signed sessions can contain a prior pass flag until they expire. Previously granted Google permissions can be reviewed or revoked in your Google account.

Game and social information

We process player identifiers, display names, avatars, virtual chip balances, room participation, game results, friend relationships, invitations, training answers and learning progress to provide the features you use. Other players may see your display name, avatar, table activity and results; friends can see your online status. The public leaderboard is closed, and virtual balances are no longer published to a public ranking. Your email address and birthday are not displayed in these public player views.

Device storage and technical information

The service uses cookies and browser storage for signed login sessions, guest identity, age confirmation, language and audio preferences, recent rooms and local practice records. Signing out clears the login session; some preferences and local records remain until you clear them in your browser. The login cookie expires after up to 30 days. Cloudflare hosts the service and processes network information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver it and prevent abuse. Fonts are served from our own site.

Purposes and legal bases

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process information needed to provide the service you request on the basis of performing that service, and proportionate security and abuse-prevention information on the basis of legitimate interests. Where consent is legally required for an optional use, that use requires consent.

Sharing and Google data use

Google handles your authorization and provides the account information you approve. Cloudflare processes service data as our hosting and security provider. Data may be processed outside your country by these providers, subject to applicable transfer requirements. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to investigate abuse. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions or training AI models. PokerTable.club’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and your choices

Persistent player, friend and training records remain available to support continuing use until removed or a deletion request is processed; signing out alone does not delete them. Settings provides a link to request account-data deletion by email. This is a manual support process, not automatic deletion. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing the support contact above; we may need to verify account ownership. We retain information only as needed for the service, security, dispute handling or legal obligations; records subject to such obligations may need to be retained after a deletion request.

You can revoke Google access in your Google account, clear site storage in your browser and stop using the service. Revocation does not by itself delete existing game records. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Safety and reports

Player cards and account settings provide email links to report inappropriate names, avatars, harassment or suspected underage accounts. No report is sent until you send the email. A report may contain the reported player reference, name, room and the details you choose to provide; do not include identity documents or full birthdays. Friend-request blocking removes the friendship and prevents new requests in both directions, but does not prevent meeting at the same table. Reports and deletion correspondence are processed for investigation and request handling and retained only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.

Adults only

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you believe a minor has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
