These terms apply to PokerTable.club’s free games, training and social features. Contact: support@pokertable.club.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you. Provide accurate account information. Google sign-in does not request your birthday. We may refuse access when eligibility cannot be established.

Free entertainment and virtual chips

Games and the available membership features are currently free. Chip sales and paid memberships are disabled. Virtual chips are game scores only: they have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for money or goods, or used as a claim to any real-world prize. You must not buy, sell or arrange off-platform trades of chips or accounts, accept wagers for real-world value, or use rooms to facilitate real-money gambling. Success here does not imply success in real-money gambling.

Regional availability

As a conservative initial rollout decision, online tables, friends, leaderboards and avatar uploads are temporarily unavailable from the United Kingdom and Washington State, USA, pending further review. Local AI practice remains available. Region decisions use available hosting-provider network location information and can be imperfect. This restriction is not a statement that free games are unlawful in those places.

Fair play and accounts

Keep your account secure. Do not cheat, exploit errors, use unauthorized automation, disrupt other players, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or harass users. Use only names and images you have the right to use. We may restrict accounts or remove content to address abuse, security problems or legal requirements.

Availability and game records

Software errors, interrupted connections and maintenance can affect games and records. Virtual balances and training results are not financial assets or professional advice. We may correct errors, adjust game scores or change features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. These provisions do not exclude rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy, leaving and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains data processing and how to request account-data deletion. You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these terms as the service changes, publishing the revised date and providing further notice where required. Any future paid feature would require its price and applicable terms to be presented before purchase; these terms do not authorize future charges.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or data protection rights. These terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action. Contact us about service issues at support@pokertable.club.
